Grilled Jalapeno Deer Burgers

Jeff, from Kansas sent in a recipe for grilled Jalapeno deer burgers. I gave it a try and it was really tasty. The Jalapeno peppers are ground right along with the venison, a few more ingredients are added, and then the meat is formed into patties and grilled. Thanks, Jeff!

Jake's Venison Kabobs

This one is easy to make, and can be cooked out on the barbecue grill or in the oven. It's best to use a tender cut of meat for these grilled venison kabobs...backstrap is perfect. A few onions, green peppers, salt and pepper, and Jack Daniel's Barbecue Sauce (or your favorite) is all you need. Oh yeah, and skewers, too.

Sweet Venison Roast

Tina, from North Bay, Ontario, Canada sent in this recipe for sweet venison roast. I don't have access to maple sap, so I haven't been able to try it, but it sure sounds good! Tina, could this be duplicated using watered-down maple syrup instead of the maple sap? Let me know if you think it would work, and I'll give it a try.
