The first recipe was submitted from a reader in Melrose, Wisconsin, and sounds great. It includes two different types of liquid smoke flavoring and a Wine and Pepper Worcestershire sauce...I'll have to look for that one and see if I can find it in the store. Here's the recipe...
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Hickory Liquid Smoke
1 Tbsp Mesquite Liquid Smoke
1 Tbsp Wine and Pepper Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Mix ingredients well and put sliced meat into it. Let soak for just a few minutes to an hour stirring to keep coated well. Dry in oven or dehydrator. Very good.
