Venison Goulash Recipe
This venison goulash recipe comes from Arik Arden in Penn Yan, New York.
- 1lb ground venison
- 1 jar prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 box elbows (pasta)
Brown the ground venison over medium heat for 20 min, then mix in sauce and let simmer for 5 min.
Boil noodles until done. Mix together and serve. Makes 4 helpings.
