Stuffed Grilled Deer Loin

1- Backstrap
1 of 2- packs of cream cheese
1- can of jalapenos
1- pack of bacon
Cajun seasoning
First take your tenderloin and butterfly it. Fold it over and spread cream cheese and put as many jalapenos as you like. Fold it back over and wrap the entire loin with bacon. Then sprinkle with cajun seasoning. Grill until medium rare.
