Slo Baked Venison

1 lb. venison steak
1 large onion sliced
1 can of mushroom soup
1/2 can of red wine (soup can)

Heat oven to 325 degrees

Layer sliced onion in bottom of dish, add steak and
mushroom soup. Pour wine over and cover with lid.
Bake 2 hours.

Delish!

Max Carpenter worked for the VA Game Commission, gave me this recipe years ago. It's so easy. Also, good in crockpot cooked on low for about 8 hours.
