1 lb. venison steak1 large onion sliced1 can of mushroom soup1/2 can of red wine (soup can)Heat oven to 325 degreesLayer sliced onion in bottom of dish, add steak and mushroom soup. Pour wine over and cover with lid.Bake 2 hours. Delish!Max Carpenter worked for the VA Game Commission, gave me this recipe years ago. It's so easy. Also, good in crockpot cooked on low for about 8 hours.
