Laura's Venison Chili

2-3lbs of ground venison
1 lg onion
2 cans of tomatoe sauce
2 cans of chili beans
2 cans of black beans
2 cans of kidney beans
1 can of chick peas
2 cans of Rotel
1 can of beer
2 pkgs of favorite chili seasoning
Brown ground deer with onion chopped up in it until fully cooked. Add the rest of the ingredients into a extra large pot and let cook for about an hour. Serve with cheese, onions, and corn bread.
