Deer Wraps
Ingredients
2- pounds tenderized backstrap
dale's marinade
jalopeno peppers
bacon
toothpicks
Cut Venison into 1 inch strips placing into bowl with marinade (don't let stand more than 15 min.) Cut bacon in half. Take marinaded venison place jelopeno slice into middle roll and wrap with bacon (thin sliced) putting toothpick through meat and bacon.
Grill on med hot fire until bacon is done. Enjoy
