Broccoli Cornbread
1 Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Stick of butter (melted)
4 eggs
6 oz. of sour cream
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
Beat eggs then add Jiffy mix. Mix in sour cream and melted butter. Cook broccoli, drain, and add to mixture. Pour into baking dish and cook at 350 for 20 minutes covered. Uncover and cook additional 5 minutes or until top is lightly browned
