Worcestershire
Liquid Smoke
1/2 onion

Ok. You want flavor like you've never had it before? Listen up.
Pour above seasoning ingredients into a medium-sized mixing bowl. 3/4 cup of dales (makes the taste), 3-4 splashes of Worcestershire, 2 splashes of liquid smoke. Dice an onion and use 1/2 and mix into sauce.
Place 1 inch thick backstrap steaks (2x2 in) in sauce and let place in refrigerator. Let sit for 4 hours and flip for another 4 hours in fridge.
Grill to medium rare.
*I sometimes wrap a rare piece of bacon around the cuts before grilling (securing bacon with a toothpick). This will lock in flavor and improve tenderness.
