Venison Teriyaki Straps

1 lb. back strap.

8oz. Honey,
8oz. Soy sause,
2 tblsp Fresh Ginger minced,
3 Green onions chopped fine,
3 cloves garlic minced,
2 tsp. corse grd pepper,
1 tsp. salt,
and 1 sealable container.

Mix all ingreadents in container cut strap into 1 inch slices put into mix and let soak for 12 or more hours in the frige. Shake the container at least twice while soaking.

Then cook on the grill or in the skillet 3 to 4 min. per side. Serve with fried potatoes and Texas toast.
