Venison Tenderloin

Venison Tenderloin

Dale's Seasoning Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Garlic Salt
Salt
Pepper
Flour

Marinate 1-2 days tenderloin pieces in Dale's Seasoning Sauce (enough to cover) mixed with a little Worcestershire Sauce. Sprinkle generously with Garlic Salt, Salt & Pepper.

Flour and fry on medium heat in vegetable oil until cooked thru.


This was the first time I'd ever cooked tenderloin that I did not taste the "wild" taste. Marinated mine for 2 days and was afraid I'd let it set too long but it had an awesome flavor and was SOOOO tender you could cut with a fork.
