Venison Tendeloin with onion and Jalapeno

1 small onion chopped

2 jalapeno chopped
3 tsp. chili powder
salt to taste
2 T. brown sugar
1-1/4 tsp. paprika
black pepper to taste
2 or 3 pound tenderloin

In a bowl mix chili powder, salt, pepper, brown sugar, and paprika, when mixed well rub all over tenderloin.

In a small bowl put onion and jalapeno and mix. Put mixture on top of tenderloin.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.

I serve this with potato bags -sliced potato and sliced onion in foil with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and topped with butter pats. These were cooked in oven along with tenderloin.
