Pepper Steak1-lb Venison Steak1-can tomato soup¾ can of water1-small onion, diced¼ cup ketchup1&1/2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce1-Tbls brown sugar¼ tsp tarragon1-green pepperSalt and pepper to tasteDredge steak in flour and fry in oil until brown. In a slow cooker combine the rest of the ingredients and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until tender.I have made this many times. This is my recipe that I devoloped over many times of makeing.
