Venison Pepper Steak

Pepper Steak

1-lb Venison Steak
1-can tomato soup
¾ can of water
1-small onion, diced
¼ cup ketchup
1&1/2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
1-Tbls brown sugar
¼ tsp tarragon
1-green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Dredge steak in flour and fry in oil until brown. In a slow cooker combine the rest of the ingredients and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until tender.

I have made this many times. This is my recipe that I devoloped over many times of makeing.
