Venison Meat loaf

1 pound ground

1 pound mild sauage
1/2c onion
1/4c bell pepper
1 can of meat loaf sauce
or tomatoe sauce
2 eggs
1 TBs poultry seasoning
salt and peper OR SEASONING SALT

1 c of toasted bread
1 c of keptup

mix all together form into a loaf pan or football shape in square pan covered with foil.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours. 15 addition mins if needed. remove foil add keptup to the top of meatloaf, cook addition 10 mins.

Let seat for 10 mins then sever with any side dish!!
