1 pound ground1 pound mild sauage1/2c onion1/4c bell pepper1 can of meat loaf sauceor tomatoe sauce2 eggs1 TBs poultry seasoningsalt and peper OR SEASONING SALT1 c of toasted bread1 c of keptupmix all together form into a loaf pan or football shape in square pan covered with foil.Bake for 1 1/2 hours. 15 addition mins if needed. remove foil add keptup to the top of meatloaf, cook addition 10 mins.Let seat for 10 mins then sever with any side dish!! ENJOY!
