Venison Fajitas/Burritos/Philly Cheesesteak

Very simple recipe.

Onion (your choice of red, white, yellow), diced.
Green bell peppers (can use whatever color bell pepper), diced.
Shredded cheese (your favorite).

Thaw venison loin steaks.
Thinly slice the steaks and either marinade them in your favorite blend (30 minutes) or put a seasoning on the meat while cooking.
Cook thoroughly over medium heat (we like to use a small amount of dehydrated onions while cooking our venison).

In a separate pan, saute' the diced pepper and onion.

Once the meat is cooked and veggies are sauteed, grab your fajita, burrito, or hoagie bun and load it up with the meat, veggies, and shredded cheese.

Chips and salsa are always good to snack on before and during with these (like at a Mexican restaurant). You can also drizzle the salsa onto your meat/cheese/veggie mixture for a little extra flavor.
