tacino venison

This is a pretty simple recipe....


Take about 5 lbs of venison roast.... slice it into about quarter size pieces... about half inch thick.... pour two envelopes of tacino marinade on the venison and mix for about 5 min....

Let it sit for about a hour.... put it on med heat and stir often... cook until liqiud is gone...

Serve with rice and have at it.... tacino is a philippines marinade... can be found at most oriental markets... it is awesome..
