Your recipe makes for an impressive presentation. My husband and I really enjoyed the flavor of it too. I made a bunch of them with the tenderloin my husband brought home this weekend. We "tested" several and the rest have been vacuum-packed for Christmas dinner. I know our family will enjoy them as much as we did. We are really looking forward to having them again! I think they would go really well with a baked sweet potato and a simple spinach salad. yum!
