Cut the tenderloin in about 2 inch thick cuts. You can marinade with dales but not nessesary. Take each two inch cuts and slice a horizontal slit in the middle. Stuff with cream cheese and wrap with bacon. I use skewers or tooth picks to hold it together. It makes for a very moist and so tasty recipe. Just throw on the grill and serve! I've made this about five times and every time this Alabama deer loin comes out great!
