Stir Fried Venison

Slice venison steaks 1/4" thick maximum. Cut into bite sized pieces.
Marinate in a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce and garlic pepper for 2-4 hours. Drain marinade from meat, heat up a wok of fry pan, add meat stirring and tossing for 3-5 minutes.
Serve with rice and stir fried veggies for a great tasting meal. We've had many people who would NEVER think of eating wild game clean up the last pieces of this easy, great tasting dish

1 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Pepper
