Sriracha Venison Jerky

5 lbs of 1/4" thick sliced venison
1 cup of Soy Sauce
1 cup of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup of Sriracha
2 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Pepper
1 tbsp of Garlic powder
1 tbsp of Onion powder
1 tbsp of Lowry's Seasoning
1 tbsp of Ceyenne Pepper
Marinate for 24 hours and place slices on rack. Sprinkle additional Ceyenne Pepper lightly on slices placed on rack. You're ready for a spicy & addicting jerky that keeps you coming back for more
