secret recipe

there is alot of ingredients in this jerky, but evrebody who i give a bag to says its the best jerky they have ever eaten.
5 pounds venison
**DRY INGREDIENTS***
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbst corriander (1 tbsp crushed 1 tbsp uncrushed)
4 tbsp montreal steak seasoning
1 big vidalia onion finely minced
3 pieces of garlic finely minced
3 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tbst kosher salt
***WET INGREDIENTS***
note; i never measure out the wet, i do it all by memory/taste, so put these in as your liking
Worcestershire sauce
A1 sauce
kikoman soy sauce
honey
molasses
liquid smoke
maple syrup.
