Cut deer meat into strips to prepare jerky, use dales liquid seasoning and mccormick seasoning. I just dump in whatever i feel like is right, i don't measure add one half cup of water.

Marinate four or five hours....put on dehydrator racks and let cook until done and pliable.. I rotate my racks about every 30 minutes... I usually do about 5 lbs of meat... Mccormick comes in hot and spicy which I use and they have a milder one...
