Old Stlye

by Jim
(Dallas, PA, U.S.A)

This recipe is for 2 pounds sliced venison.

1.Place sliced venison in a pot a luke warm salt water.
Let the meat soak for 30 minutes.

2. Drain water. Place the marinade and the venison in a ceramic or glass bowl,
(Don No Marinade In A Metal Pan) then refrigerate covered for 24 hours. Don't forget to mix now and then

3. Then take your venison slices out of the marinade (at this time your meat should have soaked most of the marinade)
and place on cookie sheets, bake at 200 degrees for 4 to 6 hours. Make sure you flip your jerky every half hour.
