Grilled Butterflied Venison Appetizer

pepper-jack cheese
bacon - (preferably thin sliced)
toothpicks

Take your piece of butterflied Venison, place a half piece of pepper-jack cheese, roll venison around cheese, then wrap one piece of bacon around venison and cheese insert toothpick to hold together....

When all the venison is prepared put on medium heat on grill....grill to about medium to not dry the meat out....the cheese will melt out some before finishing on the grill.

This will give your mouth a burst of flavor and moist tender venison with not game taste to it. Friends will ask for it again and again....try giving it to someone who is afraid to eat deer they will love it!
