Flame-Broiled Deer Burgers

You will Need.....

5 Ibs. of ground deer meat, shaped into patties {You can make more if Desired}

5 Ibs Ground Beef {You can make more if Desired}

1 whole egg {Medium or large}

1 Finely-Chopped yellow onion

1 Finely-Chopped Green Bell Pepper

1 sprinkle of creole seasoning {If Desired}

2 tablespoons liquid smoke

1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper


Combine all of the ingredients, mixing will. Form into patties and grill over medium high heat for 4 to 10 Minutes per side, or until Flame-Broiled. set the preheat temperature to 200F.

Try this, A couple of minutes before removing the burgers from the grill, put slices of American or Cheddar Cheese on top then, slap em' to hamburger buns and enjoy!

Have plenty of fixings on hand for the burgers...sliced Vidalia onions, dill pickles, lettuce, ketchup, Mayonnaise, mustard, jalapeno slices, Banana Peppers, and wash it down with your favorite drink.

Makes 6 or more patties
