Flame-Broiled deer Burgers

1 pound ground Venison

1 pound ground beef

1 whole egg

3 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion

1 tablespoon of finely chopped green pepper

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon liquid smoke

1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon Creole seasoning

Combine all of the ingredients, mixing will. Form into patties and grill over medium high heat for 4 to 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature of the venison burgers reaches 165F, Untiled flamed broiled.

Try this. A couple of minutes before removing the burgers from the grill, put slices of American cheese on top.

Have plenty of fixings on hand for the burgers... sliced Vidalia onions, dill pickles, lettuce, ketchup and mustard, Banana Pepper Rings, jalapeno slices, Any topping. and a drink to wash it down
