Elfie’s Venison Fried Rice

2 Cups Chopped Cooked Venison
Oil
Soy Sauce
3/4 cup Chopped Onion
1 Cup Cooked Peas
1 Cup Scrambled Eggs
4 Cups Rice Cooked
Prepare Rice Set Aside and Let Cool.
Heat Wok Or Large Skillet.
Add Oil And Soy Sauce.
Sauté Onion Lightly.
Add Venison, Peas And Eggs And Toss.
Add The Cooled, Cooked Rice and Stir Until Mixture Is hot.
Add Soy Sauce To Taste.
