Elfie’s Venison Breakfast Wraps


1/2 pound venison, ground
2 tablespoons green pepper, diced
8 eggs
water
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
taco seasoning packet
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 package tortillas
1/4 cup milk
1 jar salsa

In skillet, brown ground venison, drain fat, and add taco seasoning and water per package instructions, In medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk, then add onions and peppers. Cook in a skillet until eggs begin to set. Add meat filling and cheese and continue to cook, scrambling until done. Serve rolled up
Warm tortilla with salsa.
