Deer tenderlion and Rice

My family loves this recipe. I have made it using all kinds of tenderlion, but like it best when I use tenderlion of a younger deer or doe.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter
as much rice as you like
Cook white rice and place in medium size mixing bowl. Add in a stick of butter and a can of cream of chicken soup (or mushroom if you like) and mix together. Brown tenderlion in a skillet. In a square baking dish (sprayed with Pam or something) put half of rice mixture then tenderlion then the rest of the rice mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
You can make gravy out of the grease from the skillet, if you have any grease. For every 2 tsp of grease add in 2 TB of flour. Brown. Add water and milk to the consistancy of gravy you like.
