Deer Loaf

A quick easy way to cook Venison that everyone will love.
2 Lbs Vension
1 med sized red onion,chopped
2 cloves garlic,minced
1/2 green bell pepper,chopped
2 eggs
1/2 tbs chili powder
1 tbs seasoning salt
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 tbs pepper
Mix all ingredients together push into a cake pan or casserole dish and cook on 375 for approximately 1 hour or until done. Serve with mashed potatoes and asparagus or brussel sprouts.
Makes great deer burgers as well, use leftover in spagetti the next night or deer loaf sandwiches for lunch.
