Deer Jerky

! bottle of Dale's Seasoning
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 bottle of Lea & Perrins's
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 teaspoon of onion salt

Mix all together then sprinkle Rendevous rub about 3 teaspoons in mixture.

Soak overnight.

When putting strips on dehydrator sprinkle to cover again with the Rendevous rub. Kroger sells the rub..it is a treat.

Have use this receipe for 5 yrs. or more.
