2 hind quarters deboned


2 containers of dales or similar steak marinade

1 2liter of dr. pepper ,

ground black pepper

Slice meat on meat slicer very thin

combine meat ,dr.pepper, and dales marinade. remove meat when it starts turning dark color from marinade approximately 10 min. place on store bought dehydrator and sprinkle with black pepper while meat is still moist.

Cook overnight and you have a healthy and delicous snack
