Deer Fajitas

2 to 3 lbs deer back strap


put in presure cooker for 25 min with water 3 fingers above the meat cover start on high till you hear the pot sing put stove on 5/6 about med set timer for 25 min. when done AND COOLED OFF remove top throw water away in a pan saute

1 onion sliced
1 green peper sliced
1 red or orange peper sliced
4 gloves garlic choped (fresh garlic)
add to presure cooker with meat and one lg beef boullion
1- 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup any colored wine (optional)but good
1 can diced tomatos
1/2 teaspoon comino
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 small pak sazon goya (spanish flavoring and coloring)
1/2 teasoon sazon completo (optional)but good spanish seasoning
1/2 cup water

put all in presure cooker 25 min more . use same instructions but no more water than 1/2 cup when cool down open shread meat w fork
