Deep Fried Deer-rito

Your favorite 1 lb. deer chili recipe
20 taco size flour tortillas
1 packet taco or burrito seasoning mix
Oil for deep frying

Here's what ya do:

Simmer chili until all liquid is gone and chili is thick. Add seasoning mix; simmer additional 5 minutes, remove from heat. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Add 2 heaping tablespoons to tortilla. Carefully fold tortilla like a tamale; fasten with toothpick.

Fry tortilla toothpick side down first until brown. Flip to brown other side. Drain. Remove toothpick.

Garnish as desired with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, salsa, etc.
