Crockpot Roast

1 roast to fit in crockpot.
salt,
pepper,
garlic powder.
2 sticks of celery.
1 green pepper.
1 large onion.
Season the roast and let sit for about an hour. Chop up onion, celery, and pepper. Install the roast into the crockpot, cover it with vegetables, and then pour a can of picante hot v8 juice till covered completely. The v8 is the secret. It spices it up while taking out the wildness of the meat.
It's fantastic. Put on high for 2 hours then low. Start it in the morning and eat for supper. Also use this for goose the same way.
