Crock Pot Venison

I love to cook venison almost as much as I love to hunt. My absolute favorite venison meal consists of the following:
In a slow cooker add
1 or 2 whole venison back straps - depends on size of deer
2 envelopes of Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 large can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom
Fill can with water to get all of the soup
Pour water over meat and soups
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
We steam fresh broccoli from the garden and homemade mashed potatoes. Enjoy!!!
