~10 lbs. of ground deer meat~1 1/4 cups of soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and worcestershire sauce~6 tbs of onion powder and garlic powder~3/4 cup of Liquid Smoke~3 tbs of Old Bay seasoning~A couple splashes of Texas Pete hot sauce~1/4 cup of brown sugar~1 tbs of black pepper
Mix all togetherThen take oven racks and put aluminum foil over both and poke holes with a knife in foil.Put in oven on 250 degrees and cook for around 4 hours
