Made this one for family game night, was a huge hit only I add a twist to how i bread mine before frying..
Soak your deer steak in buttermilk for a few hours before your ready to bread then roll them in flour then your egg wash and last roll them in bread crumbs....fry as normal.
They will come out so super tender and with a nice think crust to them...and as always cover them in white gravy for best results..
