BBQ venison

You need to have either a gas or charcoal grill. Marinate your steaks for about an hour and a half covered in the fridge.

What you need:

2 or 3 venison steaks cut to your preference
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
ceral bowl
cut up onion
cut up green pepper
cut up red pepper (optional)
1 table spoon maple syrup
1 crushed fresh garlic

In the ceral bowl mix the soy, worcestershire, and teriyaki sauce together. Then add the table spoon of maple syrup and stir it in. cut up the onoin and red & green pepper and crush the garlic. Put venison in a deep dish and cover with the cut green and red peppers. Add the fresh garlic and then poor the sauce over your steaks. Cover for about an hour. When ready, put the peppers and onions in tin foil and rap them up. Cook steaks to preference and toast the peppers when steaks are almost done.

This is excellent and my two boys look forward to my venison steaks every season.
