Bacon Stuffed Burgers

Bacon Stuffed Burgers


1 pound Venison, Ground
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar
1 pound Pork, Ground
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 Bacon Strips
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms,
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup Onion, Chopped
8 Hamburger Buns

In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, pat off the grease paper towels, and crumble the bacon in a bowl. Remove most of the drippings from the skillet leaving just enough to sauté the onion. .add the mushrooms and crumbled bacon to the sautéed onions and set aside, Combine remaining ingredients except buns in a large bowl and shape into lb patties. Place mushroom, onion and bacon mix on top of eight of the patties in the center. Place the other patties on top and pinch edges to seal, Grill until done.
